How do i process through the Check Out Process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status on our "Track Order" page.
My order status says "unfulfilled" what does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
Why was my order canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at
How long does delivery take?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. Please allow 10 ~ 15 Working Days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it we work with different factories across world, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.
If your order hasn't arrived within estimated time frame, make sure to track your order if possible (see above). Deliveries can some time be delayed due to customs and during holiday season. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist with any concerns.
Why I received only some of the items in my order and not all of them?

No worries! email us as soon as possible, we will be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use. 
What if I need to return something?
No worries! any product can be returned or exchange for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. fogglight cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
